We believe in being straightforward about where AI is involved in our business and software.

How we use AI today

Building our software. Our software is developed with the assistance of AI coding tools (Anthropic’s Claude). During development, these tools process our source code and technical documentation under commercial confidentiality terms. They are operated under standing rules that keep credentials and secrets out of AI conversations. AI-written code goes through the same review, testing, and security scanning as any other code before it reaches production.

Meeting transcription. We use AI transcription (Fireflies) for internal business meetings and training. Participants in recorded meetings are told they’re being recorded.

What AI does NOT do

• No automated decisions about people. No decision that affects a worker, passenger, driver, or client — approvals, transport eligibility, employment-related reporting — is made by an AI system. Humans make those decisions in our admin portal.
• No AI processing of your personal information for profiling, scoring, or marketing.
• Your personal information is not used to train AI models.

If this changes

If we add AI features to the product itself (for example, AI-assisted report summaries), we will: disclose the feature and its data use here before launch, apply our AI safeguards policy (output validation, human oversight), and update the Privacy Policy where personal information is involved.
